The company

Nepal Trek Planner Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated in Kathmandu, Nepal, organising and guiding Himalayan treks since 2011.

The company is registered with the Office of the Company Registrar, Kathmandu, and holds PAN/VAT registration with the Inland Revenue Department of Nepal.

Licences and memberships

We hold a trekking and travel licence issued by the Government of Nepal through the Department of Tourism and the Nepal Tourism Board, and we are a member in good standing of the Trekking Agencies' Association of Nepal (TAAN).

We are also a member of the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA); our climbing permits for NMA-listed peaks are issued under this membership.

Registration and licence numbers are available on request and will be published here. Certificates are displayed at our Thamel office, and copies accompany any booking confirmation on request.

Payments and bank details

Bank-transfer details for deposits and balances are issued only on your written booking confirmation, and always name an account held in the company's registered name.

If you ever receive an email asking you to pay a different account, stop and call us on +977 1 5900545 before sending anything. Payment-diversion fraud targets travel bookings worldwide, and we will never change bank details by email alone.
